So - many of you have recommended this book to me and I'm sure I told all of you that it's just not "my type" of book. The only books I can get into are true crime books. Well, my mother in law got it for me for Christmas so I thought I would give it a try- fairly certain I wouldn't make it more than a couple pages into a crazy book about vampires! Wow, was I ever wrong! I had to go buy the second book tonight (I'm not quite done with the first but I didn't dare risk finishing it on Sunday and being without #2 right away) and I do have to say how silly I feel that the only book I have bought in ages was found under the "Great Gifts For Kids" section. :) Anyway, for the record...you were all right and I was wrong! Great vampire books!!

Oh, you're so lucky you just started reading it now, you've already got 2 & 3 and only a short few months until 4. If you get anxious before you read the next, check out her website, she has all kinds of out takes from #1. They are such fun books to read!

Um ya I was like you, way to cool to read the book, then I finally gave in and I just wanted Belle to make out with Edward all of the time. I thought it was a trilogy and now im pissed that I have to wait for #4 and #5 to come out, what the crap?????????????
I am officially addicted as well (although I am only about 130 pages in). I don't even want to do my dishes from dinner or my school work or anything...Do you think I could read it to Lucy as a bedtime story?
Hahaha, so you've joined the cult, too?? I am so obsessed with these books!! Last summer I read the first one 6 times before I sent it back to the library, then I had to go buy all three. I lent them to my neighbor, she wasn't sure she'd like them, but she's hooked, too. She finally just gave me book #1 back, so I'm on my 7th or 8th time, I can't remember. Cody makes fun of me, but I just can't stop reading it!! I'm glad you like them, it's been hard to wait for #4 but luckily you don't have to wait too long!
Maddux is just too adorable!! I love all the pictures you've put up of him. Isn't it crazy how fast time goes? I can't believe Christian is already 6 weeks old. It really does go by so fast.
