So, this post is a bit of a pat on the back for Brandis and me (lame, I know), but we ran 18 miles this morning!!! Wowsers! {that may not sound too bad, but when you think about the fact that we ran half way into Ahwatukee from Brandis's house or that we ran through three citites - Gilbert, Chandler and Phoenix...it sounds insane to me!} Even better is that it was surprisingly easy! We ran just under 11 minute miles the whole way and only took a few stops to eat some of these great inventions....honestly...why couldn't we have discovered these 4 months ago?!!

You girls are amazing! Good job.
wow that picture is bad. I kind of remind me of Mr. Burns from the Simpsons. :)But yeah, anyways, AWESOME run today and I'm for sure not running again until Tuesday. :)
Awesome! You and Brandis are amazing and you'll be so ready for the St George marathon in a couple weeks! Keep up the good work--the two of you are inspiring to the rest of us couch potatoes.

You guys are awesome! That is ALOT of work. I am excited to hear about your marathon!
Pretty amazing! Love you! A
First, congrats on the run...I don't know how in the heck you expect me to run with you guys. Second, stay away from the camera phone pictures as they seem to distort you foreheads...almost like a fun house mirror.
You're Amazing and you TOTALLY deserve a pat on the back! It's awesome that you're in such great shape! I'm jealous! You're going to do great at St. George!
Not lame at all- you deserve more than a pat on the back. I am beyond impressed- you guys are gonna rock the marathon.
I think I can run MAYBE 2 11 minute miles, so basically you guys are amazing! That is way longer than I ever could/would want to run!
Way to Go! That is great! I would love to run a marathon, or even a half. But for now I will just push my kids in the double running stroller everyday wishing you luck in your race!
Way to go, Tarah! You are gonna kick trash on this marathon! What an accomplishment for you!!!
Wow I can't believe you two. Thats pretty amazing. You have to promise me that after I have my next baby you will force me to enjoy running because I have never been a runner ever and I really wish I was.
That is too far for me for sure! But I applaud you!
hey - check out my blog Cuz i tagged you -- it'll be fun!
