(the runners at the expo on saturday)I ran my fourth half marathon on Sunday. I think it'd be safe to say that I'm addicted. I love everything about race day (well, almost everything, I'll have to exclude the nauseous feeling that comes about 15 minutes after you cross the finish line and the adrenaline wares off)! The excited butterflies you get in your stomach as soon as you wake up, getting ready in the dark, heading to the race (especially great when you're with a friend- thanks Lauren!!), the starting line, the finish line, and the way that everyone cheers for everyone! I LOVE IT!!! Anyway, I missed my goal time of under two hours by a minute and 59 seconds, which I was super bummed about. But I hope to take care of that on #5!
This race was extra fun because I got to watch Lauren start and finish her first marathon. It was awesome! You can read all about it HERE! Go Lauren!!!!! Kasey and Joel ran the half too, but since we started in different waves, I didn't get to see much of them. They did great!!

The half marathon is a great race, but now I'm super excited to find another full marathon to run in the near-ish future. Hopefully Lauren will be as hooked as I am and we can run together!!

I wish you lived by me I need a running partner to get me going. We are going to be running a relay race in june and I need to start soon so I don't die.

Way to go Tarah!! I'm excited for you! :) Bummer that you didn't hit your goal but you still ran an awesome time! (Perhaps it's because you ran on the Sabbath... :) You are a much tougher person than I am. I can't seem to part with my nice warm bed in the morning. :) Someday though, I'll re-join you! :)

Hey thanks for the comment! Yes, we love the Office over here!!! We have Office Parties every Thursday's! We have people over and eat dinner, then watch Office and then have dessert!! You guys should join us sometime. Have a wonderful day.

I can't believe you are on #4! I remember a few years ago we went and watched you run the PF Changs 1/2 with Kasey! That is great. Jayden's fiance, Derek, ran the 1/2 also and Jaymee handed out waters for the marathon. She said people were having seizures and stuff...scary! Congrats Tarah!!
