Maddux insisted on feeding himself tonight. He did a pretty good job considering I'm too much of a neat freak to ever let him practice! My favorite are his "mmmmm" noises after every bite. He actually managed to get most of the bowl in his mouth with minimal cottage cheese mess on the floor!

Yay Maddux! I laughed at the part about you being too much of a neat freak to let him practice because that's totally me too. At least it was until Kaida started refusing to eat unless she was feeding herself. :)

Good times. This stage is a total pain in my opinion, but it is also really cute to see them start to become so independent. I am jealous that he is such a good eater and will eat cottage cheese even if he makes a little mess in the process.
Ahhh so cute. He is like a little boy now, not a baby anymore. I love the snuggling though. And yes, Drew does have a drinking problem!!!
Tarah!!! I looked you up from facebook-your family is so adorable! I didn't realize you were in Arizona, we're in El Paso. I invited you to my blog.
